The parent company, SocialLoop, LLC, was founded in 2020 by Kirby Gee and Tommy Fang and is based in Miami, Florida. According to Similarweb, Eureka Surveys had an average of around 550,000 monthly visitors, with the most popular countries being the United States (36%), United Kingdom (27%), Spain (15%) and Malaysia (7%). Some of the similar sites to Eureka Surveys are Prime Opinion and Survey Junkie.

What’s the concept?
The site’s owner, SocialLoop, sells access to research participants to various companies and organizations that want to gather feedback, opinions, or data. Users can sign up for free and browse through different gigs that offer different amounts of cash depending on the length and complexity of the survey. However, not everyone can take any survey they want. Each gig has a very specific set of criteria that determines who will qualify for the survey.
For example, some surveys may only be available for people who are between 18 and 25 years old, live in the United States, have a college degree, and work in the healthcare industry. Other surveys may have different or more criteria. Based on our experience, we only qualified for 20% of the gigs we tried.
This means that users will need to factor in a certain amount of wasted time before eventually qualifying for a survey that pays them cash. Eureka Surveys is a legitimate way to earn some extra money online, but it is not a reliable or consistent source of income. Users should be aware of the limitations and challenges of this site before signing up.
Is Eureka Surveys legit?
On the one hand, Eureka Surveys has several clear aspects that suggest it is not a scam. First of all, the site does not ask users to provide any financial information, such as credit card numbers, bank accounts, or PayPal details. Users can redeem their earnings through gift cards or cryptocurrency, which are safer and more anonymous options. Secondly, the site has a low minimum payout threshold of £4, which means users can cash out their rewards quickly and easily. In conclusion, Eureka Surveys can be considered legitimate in the sense that it is not scamming people out of their money or personal information. One of the things that you should always check before signing up for a survey site is its privacy policy. However, most people don’t bother to read it because it’s too long and complicated. For example, the privacy policy of Eureka Surveys has 2,789 words and a flesch rating of 38. This means that it would take you about 14 minutes to read it and that it is very difficult to understand.
Compared to other survey sites, Eureka Surveys has a longer and more complex privacy policy than average. The average number of words for the 500 survey sites we tested is 2,500 and the average flesch rating is 46. Why does this matter? Well, because the privacy policy tells you how your personal data and your survey responses are used and shared by the survey site. In the case of Eureka Surveys, they state that they may share your information with a wide range of third-party companies, such as advertisers, researchers, marketers, and others.
Keep in mind that Eureka can track your location through the app (if you give them permission), and that this data can be sold to 3rd party companies.
You have very little control over this process and you may not even know who has access to your data or what they do with it. This could pose a risk to your privacy and security, especially if you share sensitive or personal information in your surveys. Therefore, we recommend that you always read the privacy policy of any survey site you join and make sure you are comfortable with their data practices.
How much can I earn with Eureka Surveys?
Eureka Surveys offers two types of rewards: PayPal and Amazon vouchers. You can choose which one you prefer when you register. However, you need to accumulate at least £4 in your account before you can request a payout. This might not seem like a lot, but it can take a while to reach that amount.
The reason is that the average compensation from Eureka Surveys is quite low compared to other survey sites we have tested. You can expect to earn around £0.35 per survey, which means you need to complete about 11 surveys before you can withdraw your rewards. That’s a lot of work for a small reward.
Moreover, the availability of surveys is not very consistent. Sometimes you might get several invitations per day, and other times you might get none. You also need to qualify for the surveys, which can be frustrating if you get screened out after answering some questions.
You can make some money with Eureka, but there are better options out there.

Another benefit is that the surveys are usually short and simple, taking about 5 to 10 minutes to complete. You don’t need to spend hours answering boring and irrelevant questions.
On the negative side, however, Eureka Surveys also has some drawbacks that may make you think twice before joining. For one thing, the compensation is very low, ranging from $0.25 to $1 per survey. You may need to complete dozens of surveys to reach the minimum payout. Another issue is that you may have to answer the same profiling questions over and over again, which can be annoying and time-consuming. Moreover, the site may experience technical glitches that prevent you from completing or getting credited for surveys. Finally, the earning opportunities are limited, as most of the surveys are offered by third-party providers that may have stricter eligibility criteria or lower availability.
