What about the survey experience?
Shopper Thoughts has an app you can download so you can conveniently answer surveys from your mobile device. It is available for both Android and iOS devices.
Each survey generally takes about 5 to 20 minutes to finish. The survey invitation will outline approximately how long it will take to complete the survey and how much you will receive. It is in your best interest to answer surveys as quickly as you can since their surveys have an expiration date and a maximum number of respondents are only allowed.
If you have any questions about the platform or you’ve encountered an issue while using the platform, you can check out their FAQ page first. It discusses some of the most important topics you need to know about the site. You can also just send them a message by clicking the “Contact Us” link at the bottom of their website. Or, you can just email them at [email protected].
How much can you make on Shopper Thoughts?
Shopper Thoughts only offers gift cards as a reward. You will usually receive 100 points for every 15 minutes you spend answering the survey, but this may vary with the complexity of the survey being completed. You need to earn 1,000 points which is equivalent to £10, in order for the points to convert to Clubcard points. You can also choose to redeem your points for Amazon e-vouchers, Marks & Spencer vouchers, and more.
The amount you can earn from Shopper Thoughts will mostly depend on the number of surveys you can complete since the other activities don’t really let you earn points. There are few surveys available, and most of them only rewarded around 25 to 150 points at most, which is quite a low rate. So, it will take quite some time before you can actually earn 1,000 points and redeem a reward.
What can prevent me from cashing out?
Shopper Thoughts have checks in place to make sure respondents are attentive and honest when taking surveys. Answers that fail these checks will result in the survey submissions being rejected. Members are also asked to help keep the site safe by following some rules when using the site and respecting people’s rights. Failure to follow these rules will have your membership terminated, and any points accumulated in your account will be forfeited.
