Online Surveys: Norstat provides online survey services, including survey design, programming, hosting, and data collection.
Recruiting and panel services: Norstat has a panel of over 1 million respondents in the Nordics and Baltics, which can be used for online surveys and other research studies.
Data analysis and reporting: Norstat provides data analysis and reporting services to help clients understand and interpret their research results.
Omnibus Surveys: Norstat conducts Omnibus Surveys which are a cost-effective way of conducting research by allocating a set of questions to a pre-defined representative sample of the population.
CAPI and CATI: Norstat also provides Computer Assisted Personal Interviewing (CAPI) and Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) services.

While Norstat maintains online panels all over Europe, they are particularly strong in Northern Europe. After acquiring the Danish market research provider Userneeds in 2022, their position as the leading data provider in the Nordic region has been strengthened significantly.
