Netquest, a leading online panel provider in Latin America, Spain and Portugal that was acquired by GfK in 2015, is part of the deal with NIQ.

Gfk Panel Sites

Like other leading market research companies, GfK uses a community of panel members to conduct its online research. Gfk recruits these panel members by leveraging a mix of in-house consumer panels they manage directly and respondents from 3rd party panel providers, which they acquire through automated solutions.

Panel members receive notifications via email and visit their member page online. This is much less intrusive than telephone interviews, and many respondents find it engaging and rewarding to fill out surveys. Also, respondents can choose the time of day they want to participate in the survey, which is a bonus compared to receiving random telephone interviews.
